Artist Application Form
PennPAT accepts applications from eligible Pennsylvania artists once per year. The next application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on June 1, 2011. The 2011 guidelines and application will be posted here in February 2011. For your reference, the 2010 guidelines and application are available here. Please do not use this application for the 2011 deadline - your application will be deemed ineligible.
